Call it as it is. Susan Rice is a liar. She has continuously lied to the American people and she lied to hide the crimes of the Obama administration. She is so good at lying that most people have forgotten her many fallacious testimonies before Congress. The recent surveillance “unmasking” of Trump and associates during the campaign is the tip of the iceberg.

She is also a murderer. Because of her actions, millions have died in Africa and her direct actions have led to some of the worst human crisis situations in modern history including genocide. Rice’s crimes are washed away by a complicit media who will not inform the American people of her heinous crimes, so it is left for those of us who will not forget. This is another article from the Anonymous Patriots, pushed out into the Internet like one might put a message in a bottle, hoping that it will be found by a diligent prosecutor researching the crimes of Susan Rice, and so many others, for research needed to prepare indictments.

LIES OF BENGHAZI

To begin the litany of her murderous tracks, let’s start with the recent event that most people will recall—Benghazi—and her false testimony before Congress.

She outright lied under oath about Obama and Hillary’s part in the events, the lies told among all of them, and the subsequent cover-up.  At the time of her testimony she was the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. Indelibly sealed within numerous YouTube and main stream media videos, we watch Susan Rice lying on behalf of President Obama to Americans and the world about the events in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 which led to the deaths of four Americans, including U.S. ambassador Chris Stevens. Rice claimed, falsely, that the deadly terrorist attack against an American diplomatic mission in Benghazi was not a premeditated assault, but rather a “spontaneous reaction” to “a hateful and offensive video that was widely disseminated throughout the Arab and Muslim world.”

Rice appeared on five separate television news programs where she claimed that according to the “best information at present,” the deadly attack in Benghazi was not a premeditated assault but rather a “spontaneous reaction” to “a hateful and offensive video that was widely disseminated throughout the Arab and Muslim world.”

She told Bob Schieffer on CBS’s Face the Nation:

“We’ll want to see the results of that investigation to draw any definitive conclusions. But based on the best information we have to date, what our assessment is as of the present is in fact what began spontaneously in Benghazi as a reaction to what had transpired some hours earlier in Cairo where, of course, as you know, there was a violent protest outside of our embassy … sparked by this hateful video. But soon after that spontaneous protest began outside of our consulate in Benghazi, we believe that it looks like extremist elements, individuals, joined in that effort with heavy weapons of the sort that are, unfortunately, readily now available in Libya post-revolution. And that it spun from there into something much, much more violent…. We do not have information at present that leads us to conclude that this was premeditated or preplanned.”

Susan Rice demonstrated that she is a congenital liar who doesn’t even bother to do her homework on the issues she lies about. Her continued use of ridiculous “talking points” to cover Hillary Clinton’s arms deal, that was at the heart of the Benghazi assault, was insulting to everyone that had to hear her lies over and over again. Rice’s testimony was despicable but Hillary Clinton’s was even worse. They both showed total disregard for those who died. Informed citizens know that the weapons Hillary took from Libya were sold to Syria, where the wars continue.

CIA-PROVOCATEUR WITH OIL TIES

Susan Rice’s loyalty to corrupt presidents is well-known historical fact. Rice stands behind all the decisions of presidents – good or bad. Her biography shows that she was appointed to one high-level position after the next. She was well trained by the CIA when she was a Rhodes Scholar and later worked in the preferred industry of CIA operatives – oil fleecing.

In 2012, The Washington Post noted that Susan Rice’s net worth was just above 20 million dollars. Now barely five years later that figure has more than doubled. She also has significant investments in over a dozen Canadian oil companies including TransCanada that owns the Keystone XL pipeline.

Now that we know the connection of the CIA and big oil deals around the world, one is naturally curious how Susan Rice could amass such a fortune from her public service and why she happens to own substantial oil investments. See Exposing the Lineage of the New World Order.

Here are the highlights of Rice’s political career:

  • Awarded a Rhodes Scholarship (CIA indoctrination)
  • Foreign-policy aide to Democratic presidential candidate Michael Dukakis in 1988
  • Served on the National Security Council for the Clinton administration from 1993-97
  • Served on the National Security Council for the Bill Clinton administration.
  • Director for international organizations and peacekeeping from 1993-95
  • Special assistant to the President from 1995-97
  • Senior director for African affairs from 1995-97
  • Senior fellow at the Institute
  • Member of the Council on Foreign Relations
  • Foreign-policy advisor to Democratic candidate John Kerry during the 2004 presidential campaign
  • Senior foreign-policy advisor to Senator Barack Obama’s presidential campaign in 2008
  • Member of Obama-Biden Transition Project’s advisory board
  • On December 1, 2008, President-elect Obama nominated Rice as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations
  • Obama cabinet member
  • Obama’s National Security Adviser in 2013

RESPONSIBLE FOR MILLIONS OF AFRICAN DEATHS

Two of the clearest cases where Rice’s involvement in supporting policies that have led to the deaths of millions and the weakening of those nations’ sovereignty are in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (D.R.C.), and Sudan before the break-up of Sudan in 2011. This resulted in a permanent destabilization of the countries of the Great Lakes region and parts of the Horn of Africa.

Beginning in 1996, the D.R.C. was the target of uninterrupted war and looting of its abundant natural resources, which has resulted in the greatest loss of life of any nation in the world since the end of World War II, equaling or surpassing 6 million deaths, making the Congolese people the victims of the greatest genocide from the 20th into the 21st century. Over this long period, the invasions of armies backed by the governments of Rwanda and Uganda would not have been possible without support provided by Susan Rice.

In 1994, when Susan Rice was the Director for International Organizations and Peacekeeping at the National Security Council while the Rwanda genocide was in process, is quoted as saying: “If we use the word ‘genocide’ and are seen as doing nothing, what will be the effect on the November Congressional election?”

In 1996, Rice as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director of African Affairs, allowed the armies of Rwanda and Uganda to invade D.R.C. (then Zaire) and to install Laurent Kabila as its new President.

In 1997, after returning from her first trip to the Great Lakes region as the newly installed Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, agreed to have over one million Hutu refugees in UN camps inside the D.R.C. removed by the armies D.R.C. neighbors Uganda and Rwanda. Rice’s actions were followed by a decade of killing and the looting in the D.R.C. by armed groups supported by Rice’s chosen “leaders” in the region, Uganda’s Yoweri Museveni and Rwanda’s Paul Kagama.

1998, Rice played a critical role in imposing the Lusaka Accord settlement, which did not recognize the legitimacy of the D.R.C. as a sovereign nation, or Laurent Kabila as its President.

In 2012, Rice as U.S. Ambassador to the UN successfully blocked a UN Security Council resolution from explicitly demanding Rwanda cease support for the rebels, which intends to march across the D.R.C., destroying any semblance of the country as a single nation.

Susan Rice is a woman of ghastly accomplishments, including her suppression of facts of the invasion of the Democratic Republic of Congo by U.S. allies Rwanda and Uganda, in 1996, which set in motion a genocide that left six million Congolese dead.

“People need to be clear who we are fighting in the Congo,” said Kambale Musavuli, of Friends of Congo. “We are fighting western powers, the United States and the United Kingdom, who are arming, training and equipping the Rwandan and Ugandan militaries.”

The main player in suppressing information on Congo’s neighbors’ role in the ongoing genocide, was Susan Rice, who fought a two-front battle to protect Washington’s murderous clients, delaying publication of a UN Group of Experts report on Washington’s clients’ depredations in Congo, and at the same time subverting efforts within the State Department to rein in Uganda and Rwanda. Rice blocked the UN Security Council from explicitly demanding that Rwanda immediately cease providing support to rebels.

Susan Rice abetted the Congo genocide for much of her political career. Appointed to President Bill Clinton’s National Security Council in 1993, at age 28, she rose to assistant secretary of state for African affairs in 1997 as Rwanda and Uganda were swarming across the eastern Congo, seizing control of mineral resources amid a sea of blood. She was known to be personally close to Rwanda’s minority Tutsi leadership, including President Paul Kagame, a ruthless soldier trained at the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and mentored by Ugandan strongman (and Reagan administration favorite) Yoweri Museveni, who was believed to have pioneered the use of child soldiers in modern African conflicts.

Throughout the genocide, even up to today, Rice has not acknowledged the ethnic cleansing and racial pogroms against black Libyans and sub-Saharan African migrant workers.

When she no longer held a political appointment during the Bush years, Rice became a fierce advocate of “humanitarian” military intervention in Africa, urging air and sea attacks on Sudan and championing the U.S.-backed Ethiopian invasion of Somalia in 2006.  In 2008 she became a senior foreign policy advisor on Barack Obama’s campaign team, and made it no secret she hoped to be named Secretary of State.  Instead, she was nominated and served as the U.S. UN Ambassador, where she was the administration’s top gun on Africa, the focus of her outsized aggressions.

Rice is widely credited with convincing Obama to launch NATO’s bombing campaign for “regime change” in Libya. She parroted false media reports that Muammar Gaddafi’s troops were raping Libyan women with the aid of massive gulps of Viagra. Rice refused to back down even when U.S. military and intelligence officials told NBC news “there is no evidence that Libyan military forces have been given Viagra and engaging in systematic rape against women in rebel areas.”

Throughout the genocide in Congo, Rice labored mightily to make Rwanda and Uganda crimes invisible to the world by suppressing the release or discussion of reports of the aggressions.

ONE WOMAN’S JIHAD AGAINST SUDAN

From the time she entered government in 1993, Rice has opposed the government of Sudan in Khartoum. Her open hostility and destructive attacks against Sudan for almost two decades not only prevented any solution to the extreme economic hardships suffered by the people of this large, underdeveloped country, but virtually guaranteed the eventual break-up of Sudan, which benefited neither the Sudanese living in the North nor those in the South.

In 1997, Susan Rice testifying at her confirmation hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to become Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Rice said: “In concert with concerned members of Congress, we have also recast our policy towards Sudan to apply additional pressure aimed at isolating the Khartoum regime in order to contain the threat it poses to U.S. interests and to compel it to halt its support for terrorism and its grave human rights abuses. We have also provided for the first time, defensive military assistance to Sudan’s neighbors, which face a direct threat from Sudanese-sponsored insurgencies.”

Despite Rice’s repeated lie that Sudan is the only state in Sub-Saharan Africa that poses a direct threat to U.S. national security interests, no evidence has ever been made public to corroborate that allegation. In fact, the U.S. intelligence community has admitted that it has no such evidence, and has collaborated with its counterparts in Sudan in fighting terrorism.

In 1998, Rice was instrumental in orchestrating the bombing of the al-Shifa pharmaceutical plant in Omdurman, Sudan, just outside of Khartoum, allegedly for producing chemical weapons that could be used in terrorist attacks on the United States. Not a shred of evidence was ever found to justify the al-Shifa attack, and the U.S. subsequently apologized and offered compensation.

For five years, from 1996, until weeks before the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the United States, the Sudanese government had tried repeatedly, but without success, to share with U.S. intelligence services its own intelligence files on Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda.

NOTE TO READER: OF COURSE, WE NOW KNOW WHY THIS INFORMATION WAS SUPPRESSED. PLEASE SEE OUR ARTICLE TREASON: WHO TERRORIZED AMERICANS AND THE WORLD ON 9-11?

Even when the FBI and others wished to accept these offers, they were overruled by Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and Secretary for Africa Susan Rice. Rice had politicized the intelligence by her hostility to any collaboration with the Sudanese government. Various back-channel efforts were also stymied by Rice. When the U.S. intelligence community finally succeeded in getting the Clinton Administration to send a joint FBI-CIA team to Sudan in May 2000, despite resistance from Rice, they found no terrorist training camps or sanctuaries, and gave Sudan a clean bill of health.

In 2009, at her first press conference as U.S. ambassador to the UN, Rice blatantly lied, weeping tears about “ongoing genocide” in Darfur. Two UN officials responsible for military and civilian deployments in Darfur refuted the “ongoing genocide” lie.

In a 2009 interview with National Public Radio, Rice called for keeping open the option of imposing a military no-fly zone over Sudan.

In the same year, she reprimanded the civilian head of the UN-African Union peacekeeping forces, after he described the conflict in Darfur as a low-intensity conflict, not a war, and certainly not “ongoing genocide.” Rice’s action led to his resignation.

The U.S. project to make South Sudan an independent country ascended into catastrophe and mass death. Uganda’s Yoweri Museveni, Washington’s hit man in the region, intervened in the South Sudanese civil war. Museveni’s previous interventions in the Congo left millions dead.

REASONS NEVER TO BELIEVE SUSAN RICE

Rice with large noseRice was oblivious to the civil war in Algeria pitting jihadists against a military regime, the jihadi-linked terrorism in Sudan, Kenya, or Somalia, nor the disaster in Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe).

In 1996 Rice helped persuade President Clinton to rebuff Sudan’s offer to turn Osama bin Laden, who was then living there, over to U.S. authorities.

In 1998, Islamic terrorists simultaneously blew up the American embassies in Kenya and Tanzania with car bombs, killing more than 200 people. Within 24 hours, Rice appeared on PBS as a Clinton administration spokesperson and falsely claimed that the administration had “maintained a high degree of security at all of our embassies at all times.”

In a 2003 speech, Rice acknowledged that America’s war on terror had gotten “underway well before 9/11,” by which time the U.S. had already been “attacked many times in many places — New York in 1993, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania, Yemen to name just a few.” Nonetheless, she maintained that President Clinton’s mild responses to those attacks were sufficient.

Her suggestion for dealing with the Middle East was to appoint James Baker and Jimmy Carter as negotiators, two of the most ardent foes of Israel.

In 2005, Rice co-authored an academic article which postulated that terrorism was “a threat borne of both oppression and deprivation.”

Rice said that U.S. taxpayers should fund nearly $100 billion per year of new development-aid programs under the auspices of the United Nations’ Millennium Development Project — a massive wealth-redistribution initiative designed to transfer money from the world’s developed states to its poor states, many of them in Africa.

Advocated the imposition of a no-fly zone in Sudan and the bombing of Sudanese aircraft, airfields, and military and intelligence assets, Rice said: “If the United States fails to gain UN support for these measures, we should act without it.”

Rice supported President Obama freeing five senior Taliban commanders and high-value terrorists who had been imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay since 2002, in exchange for the release of Bowe Bergdahl, an American Army soldier who had deserted the military in 2009.

In an October 12, 2014 interview on Meet the Press, Rice lied about an agreement with Turkey to have US air bases in Turkey to fight against Syria and Iraq.  No such agreement existed at the time.

Rice was complicit with all of Obama and Hillary Clinton’s fake Arab Spring uprisings fomented by the CIA and Soros funded “humanitarian” organizations.

Rice was complicit with the Obama/Clinton “regime change” in numerous countries which was usually accompanied by bombing.

During the Rwandan genocide of mid-1994 — in which some 800,000 people were massacred in a 100-day period — Rice was a key player in the Clinton administration’s decision not to intervene in a peacekeeping role to avoid becoming embroiled in a politically risky endeavor where no strategic U.S. interests [oil and natural resources] were in play even though they were fully aware of how extensive the Rwandan carnage was. Rice persuaded the administration to purge the State Department’s and CIA’s Rwanda-related memos of such terms as “genocide” and “ethnic cleansing.” As she said: “If we use the word ‘genocide’ and are seen as doing nothing, what will be the effect on the November congressional election?”

SUSAN RICE MUST BE INVESTIGATED

The list above is just a start to begin to put in perspective the magnitude of Susan Rice’s crimes against Americans and against humanity. The negligence and mismanagement of every governmental position she has held must be re-examined considering her continuous lying and distortion of fact. Susan Rice did not act alone in these crimes and any honest investigation will reveal that she has been used by Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Valerie Jarrett to take the fall for Obama’s Chicago mobsters that ran the White House for eight years.

UnmaskedWhen all is said and done, Rice will have to identify John Brennan, James Comey, and James Clapper as other parties who were complicit with the “unmasking” of surveillance intelligence gathered on Trump and associates.  Someone in the intelligence community had to sign the FISA requests. Rice had no authority to order the surveillance on her own. Barrack Obama had to have ordered and been aware of the surveillance and ordered it sent to the White House secure communications room.

ULTIMATELY, THE “UNMASKING” OF TRUMP IN THE SURVEILLANCE SCANDAL WILL BE THE “UNMASKING” OF SUSAN RICE.

It is obvious that the U.S. intelligence community considered that it was above the law in surveilling Trump and U.S. citizens. It seems that there is nothing that a National Security Adviser like Susan Rice can’t do, even if it is against the law or involves genocide. When you get caught, just lie, as Brennan, Clapper, and Comey did when they recently testified before the House Select Intelligence Committee.

It seems that the most important skill for someone working in the U.S. intelligence community to have is the ability to obfuscate the truth and keep Americans in the dark and uninformed. It isn’t a spying community, folks. It is a lying community.
