Going directly in Section 1 of the EO outlining our ‘national strategy for countering biological threats’, the EO states ‘no single nation can be prepared if other nations remain unprepared to counter biological threats’ giving us more evidence of not only the emerging global system being built up all around us but, as our videographer points out in the 1st video below, more and more evidence of the globalists ‘operation depopulation’.
Pointing out to us that this latest Obama EO references ‘deliberate or accidental’ releases of biological threats while mentioning biological threats several times throughout the EO, he also asks if all of this is just some strange coincidence so soon before the election or if something much more sinister is taking place. So promoting global health security is a core tenet of our national strategy for countering biological threats. No single nation can be prepared if other nations remain unprepared to counter biological threats; therefore, it is the policy of the United States to advance the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA), which is a multi-faceted, multi-country initiative intended to accelerate partner countries’ measurable capabilities to achieve specific targets to prevent, detect, and respond to infectious disease threats (GHSA targets), whether naturally occurring, deliberate, or accidental. The roles, responsibilities, and activities described in this order will support the goals of the International Health Regulations (IHR) and will be conducted, as appropriate, in coordination with the World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction, the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), and other relevant organizations and stakeholders. To advance the achievement of the GHSA targets and to support the implementation of the IHR within partner countries, each executive department, agency, and office (agency) shall, as appropriate, partner, consult, and coordinate with other governments, international financial institutions, international organizations, regional organizations, economic communities, and nongovernmental stakeholders, including the private sector.
While we think it’s great that government is preparing for health catastrophes, their actions preventing immigrations officers from doing their jobs down at the US border, allowing a huge number of undocumented and unchecked immigrants into the country, sends up a major red flag that they could care less about a pandemic coming to America and are once again talking out of both sides of their mouths. In fact, judging by those actions, we’d have to surmise that this administration was actually INVITING a pandemic INTO our country.
According to a final warning from United States immigration officers working near the United States border with Mexico, open borders will be sure to unleash violence and countless preventable deaths here in America. Warning that Hillary Clinton’s ‘open borders’ would turn our present day border emergency into a ‘cataclysm’, we’re already witnessing a large number of diseases being brought up into America from ‘south of the border’ by those who shouldn’t be here anyways.
And as we are warned by ICE Council Chairman Chris Crane below, what we’re witnessing now in America is nothing compared to what we’ll be seeing if somehow Hillary Clinton steals the White House away from Donald Trump and the American people. Is America ready for a cataclysmic health crisis that reaches pandemic proportions due to Clinton’s open borders?
“Hillary’s pledge for ‘open borders’ will mean disaster for our country, and turn the present border emergency into a cataclysm,” writes ICE Council President Chris Crane. “Hillary’s plan would unleash violent cartels and brutal transnational gangs into US communities and cause countless preventable deaths.”
Crane explains that the uncontrolled flood of record numbers of migrants into the country will be especially harmful on poor communities– including Hispanic and immigrant communities that will bear “the economic brunt the illegal immigrant surge.”
ICE officers on the front lines are witnessing a deluge of illegal immigration unlike anything we have seen before. The corporate-funded media won’t cover it. Our officers are being ordered to release recent border-crossers with no idea what their intentions are or what they are planning. Gang members, drug cartels and violent smugglers are taking advantage of the situation and threatening American communities. The influx is overwhelming public resources, especially in poor communities — including Hispanic communities and immigrant communities bearing the economic brunt of the illegal immigration surge.
Both border patrol and ICE agents have reported that the current border surge is the “worst we’ve ever seen it”– even surpassing the record influx experienced during 2014 border crisis. One ICE officer explained that with no room to house the incoming flood of migrants, agents have been forced to release illegals aliens–potentially including “would-be perpetrators or terrorists whose intent is to harm Americans or our country as a whole”– into American communities where they disappear “into the wind never to be seen by us again.”
While ICE had never endorsed any presidential candidate previously, back in September of the National ICE Council endorsed Donald Trump while urging all Americans to support him “to protect American jobs, wages and lives.” In a statement announcing the endorsement, Crane warned against Clinton’s “radical plan” of “total amnesty plus open borders” that “would result in the loss of innocent American lives, mass victimization and death for many attempting to immigrate to the United States, the total gutting of interior enforcement, the handcuffing of ICE officers, and uncontrollable flood of illegal immigrants across U.S. borders.” Crane warned that the agenda of non-enforcement, favored by Clinton, “results in the daily loss of life.”
Tieing in perfectly to this latest Obama EO, we learned on November 1st from this BBC story that the UK has just formed a ‘global infection response team’ that can be deployed anywhere in the world within 48 hours if a disease outbreak strikes. As we’re asked in the 2nd video below, is this more evidence that the next ‘staged pandemic’ is coming?
With overwhelming evidence that the global elitists have long been pushing a ‘depopulation agenda’ for planet Earth evidenced by statements made by people such as Microsoft’s Bill Gates and Henry Kissinger and others, is this latest executive order merely smart planning on the part of this administration to prepare for an event that we pray never comes or is something much more at play?
The fact that everything is now seemingly coming together at once, world government, desperate globalists about to see their ‘biggest prize’, America, about to slip away and the vile and sordid nature of the globalists exposed in recent Wikileaks emails help prove to us that the group of people America and the world are now dealing with doesn’t have free humanity’s best interests at heart.
