Let there be no mistake about it, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) operates its unlawful mandate in a manner that contravenes the U.S. Constitution. Hence, all of the lands which are under BLM management have been illicitly expropriated.
The BLM also functions in a fashion that profoundly violates the states’ rights and their lawful authority IN ALL 50 STATES. A constitutional attorney explains in the following video exactly how the Constitution has been systematically ignored.

The U.S. Government has consistently arrogated power unto itself that it does not constitutionally possess. Any authority or ownership that the Executive Branch exerts over state lands is illegal with the exception of the 10 square miles of Washington D.C. Forts and ports are also legally owned and managed by the federal government under the Constitution with the explicit prior approval of the states. That’s it … no other state lands are lawfully owned by the FEDs.
