They are offering a gift to all natural born/naturalized Americans who choose to Opt In under Qui Tam. This requires Americans who Opt In to initiate phone calls, emails, facsimiles, mail, or courier, etc. to your purported representatives of the purported congress demanding they put the“three (3) page Bill” Remedy and Relief Claim Contract J3:16fGsltwthghobS on the floor.
